Straight answers
The questions you're already thinking.
No spin, no sales-speak. These are the real ones roofing owners ask us, answered the way we'd answer them on the phone. If we don't know, we say so.
Start here
The three you're really asking.
Most roofers land on the same three before anything else: do I own it, what's the $100, and is the AI real. Here they are, straight.
Do I actually own the site, or am I renting it from you?
You own it. We stand it up on your own account, with your domain, in your name. Most roofers are on a build a guy set up years ago, and the day they stop paying him it's gone. That's renting your own front door. Walk away from us and the site, the number, and the reviews go with you.
What does the $100 actually get me, and is it a fee I lose?
It's a deposit, not a fee. The first read of your site is free. The $100 is the full demo, your own business rebuilt, and it comes straight off your build, so it's never spent twice. You see it work before you pay another cent. There's nothing to take on faith.
Will the AI sound like a robot and embarrass me?
It is text and chat, never a robot voice on the phone. It is trained on your own content, so it answers the way you would, asks the right questions, and books the homeowner. You see it work before you pay a cent, and nothing goes out under your name you did not sign off on.
The money
The money
What does it cost?
The first read of your site is free. The full demo is a $100 deposit, credited straight to your build. Starting the build is a $500 deposit, also credited, so both come off the one number. The build that moves you onto a fast site you own runs about $1,500, one time. The running system is about $250 a month. One roof job averages about $11,200, so one extra job most months pays for it several times over. The first roofers in get founder pricing on the month. More on starting at the build, or full numbers on the numbers page.
What if I pay the $100 and then don't go ahead?
Before your demo is built and delivered, the $100 is fully refundable: email [email protected] and we send it back. Same if we cannot deliver the demo we described. Once the demo is in your hands, the $100 stands as a credit toward your build, and the demo and the report are yours to keep whether you hire us or not. The plain version of all of it is on the terms page.
Why pay monthly? Can't I just buy a website once?
A site nobody finds is a brochure in a drawer. The monthly keeps the AI current as your work changes, keeps fresh writing getting you found, and keeps reviews coming with the right words in them. The booked-out roofer down the street is not winning on a one-time website. He is winning because he is easier to find and he picks up. A one-time website will not make you the name in town.
It's more than I wanted to spend. Is there a cheaper way?
Founder pricing. The first roofers in get a lower number on the month, locked in, for letting us write up the build as one of our first results. You get the same build everyone else gets, at a first-client price. We tell you the exact number after the demo, no pressure to take it. Past that, we are not going to fake a discount or pad a number we would just have to cut later.
Free first read. The full demo is a $100 deposit, credited to your build. See it work before you pay a cent.
The build
The build
I enter my website and then what happens?
First we read your current site back to you free, on the spot. Then, if you want the full demo, we rebuild the front of your site by hand: a fast preview you can click, a live AI chat trained on your content, and a plain report on where homeowners slip past you. That full demo is a $100 deposit, and it comes straight off your build, so none of it is spent twice. We send it over, usually inside a day.
Is the demo just slop a machine spits out?
No. A machine builds the clean pieces well, the preview, the AI, the report, so that is what the demo shows. Then a real person finishes your actual site by hand, because slop with your name on it would deter a homeowner, not win one. You would smell it, and so would they. The demo is the taste; the real site is hand-built.
I'm too busy on roofs to mess with a website. How much of my time does this take?
Almost none. You enter your website once, that is the whole ask. Then we build the brand, the site, the move onto a fast one you own, and the AI that answers homeowners. The AI runs while you are on the roof. You answer the phone and close the job. That is the whole job.
Can't I just build this myself?
Some of it is yours to use however you want: the $100 report is yours to keep and act on however you like, hire us or not. But the build itself is done-for-you, built by a person, not a download you assemble. A roofing site that actually wins a homeowner takes real work, the photos honed, the words right, the after-hours answer handled. You are good at roofs; this is the part we are good at, and we do it so you do not lose your nights to it.
What about Google or Facebook ads?
We can run paid Google or Facebook ads for you, but as an add-on on top of the build, not the core of it. The core is your own front door, found first and answering homeowners, so you are not renting your phone from an ad bill forever. If you want ads pushing on top of that, we offer it, and we are straight about what it costs and what it does.
How long does the build take?
We will not give you a date, because a date you can't trust is worse than no date. A hand-built site takes back-and-forth. The parts that wait on you, the photos, the answers, your look at it, move at the speed you move. The being-found part builds up over weeks, the same way word-of-mouth did. Get us your photos and answers fast and the first version is in front of you fast.
Trust and ownership

I've been burned by people selling shared junk. How is this different?
A shared list sells the same homeowner to five roofers. This is the other direction. It's your own front door, under your name, on your own account, with your work on it. The homeowner who calls reaches you and only you. We read your site back to you free first, and the $100 for the full demo is a deposit that credits to your build, so there's nothing to take on faith.
Do I actually own the site, or am I renting it from you?
You own it. We stand it up on your own account, with your domain, in your name. The site, the writing, the brand, all of it sits in your account, not ours. We run it for you; we don't hold it over you. Walk away from us and you keep every bit of it.
Will the AI sound like a robot and embarrass me?
It is text and chat, never a robot voice on the phone. It is trained on your own content, so it answers the way you would, asks the right questions, and books the homeowner. You read exactly what it says and approve it before it goes live, so nothing goes out under your name that you did not sign off on.
Is the live AI chat actually a deliverable on my built site?
Yes. The chat that answers homeowners is a real deliverable on your built site, trained on your own content, answering the way you would, text and chat, never a robot voice on the phone. The monthly keeps it current as your work changes, and you read what it says and approve it before it goes live. It is the same kind of assistant you are talking to right now, built on your business instead of ours.
Do you guarantee a spot on the Google map?
No, and we never will. Nobody controls that, and anyone who guarantees it is selling you a number they cannot hold. We never promise a Google position or a revenue figure. We build the front door and keep it answering. You close the jobs.
What does the report actually look at?
Plain things you would want to know: how much homeowners in your town are actually looking for a roofer, who they find first, how your Google profile reads next to the shop ahead of you, how fast your site loads on a phone in a truck cab, and the storm and area picture around you. It is written in plain English: the spots where homeowners slip past you and what we would fix first. You keep it whether you hire us or not.
Storm and word of mouth
Storm and word of mouth
I've done fine on word-of-mouth for 30 years. Why do I even need this?
Because word-of-mouth happens on a phone now. The neighbor who would have asked you at the fence asks Google first, and whoever they find first and reach first gets the call. This does not replace your reputation; it puts it where homeowners actually look when the shingle blows off at 9pm. The booked-out roofer down the street is not a better roofer. He is just easier to find, and he picks up.
I do mostly storm and insurance restoration. Is this for me?
Yes. A big share of roofing is storm and insurance-restoration work, and the build and the report work for that shop just as well as for the homeowner-pays shop. When you tell us at the start that storm and insurance is most of your work, the whole build leans that way: the writing speaks to a homeowner who just took hail or wind, the AI answers the after-storm questions the way you would, and the report reads your area's storm reality. We never make insurance-claim promises, that is between you and the carrier; we build the front door so the after-storm homeowner finds you and reaches you first.
What if I can't service more work than I already get?
Then this is not for you right now, and the demo will make that plain. This is built for established owners who already close jobs well and have the crew to handle more. If you cannot pick up or call back the work you already get, more homeowner calls will not help you, and we are not going to take your money to prove it.
No contract. No call to sit through.
