Who we are

Booked Out Roofers is a product of Noontide Collective, LLC, a California limited liability company. When this page says "we," "us," or "our," it means Noontide Collective, LLC doing business as Booked Out Roofers. We are the company responsible for the information described here.

If you want to reach a person about anything on this page, email [email protected] for privacy matters or [email protected] for general support, and a person will answer. Our mailing address is at the bottom of this page.

What we collect

When you use this site, we may collect:

• The website address you enter. You type your site so we can read it and build your demo and report.
• Your name, if you give it. We use it to address you and to set up your build.
• Your email address. So we can send you your read or your demo, your receipt, and reach you about it, and to send you related tips, offers, and follow-ups about getting booked out. You can opt out of those marketing emails anytime; see Your rights.
• Your phone number, only if you choose to give it. We use it to reach you about your build. It is optional.
• Payment information, through Stripe. When you put down a deposit, Stripe handles the card. We never see or store your full card number; we receive a confirmation and the email tied to the payment.
• Basic visit data. The usual things a website sees: your rough location, the pages you open, the device and browser you use, and how you got here. We use this to keep the site working and to understand which pages help roofers and which do not.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information (things like health, exact location, or government ID numbers), and please do not send any. We are not built to handle them.

How we build your demo and report

To build your demo and your report, we read the public pages of the website address you submit (the same things a homeowner could see) and we use AI tools to draft the demo and the numbers. A person reviews everything before it is sent to you, and we sometimes refine it by hand. The figures in the report are estimates, not guarantees. We never promise you a specific position on Google or any amount of revenue. See what we do not promise in our terms for the full detail.

Why we collect it, and our legal basis

We collect and use your information for these purposes:

• To do the work you asked for. Read the website you enter, build your demo and report, take and credit your deposit, and email you the read, the demo link, the onboarding questions, and the receipt.
• To send you marketing emails. Email you related tips, offers, and follow-ups about getting booked out, including re-engagement and win-back messages. You can opt out of these anytime; see Your rights.
• To run and protect the site. Keep it working, fast, and safe from abuse, and answer you when you reach out.
• To understand and improve. See how the site is doing so we can make it better, and measure which ads bring roofers here.

Where the law asks us to name a legal basis (for example, for visitors covered by laws like the GDPR), we rely on: performing the service you requested (reading your site, your demo, your deposit), our legitimate interests in running, securing, and improving the site, your consent where we ask for it (such as optional measurement or advertising cookies), and compliance with the law (for example, keeping a payment record). You can withdraw consent at any time; see Your rights below.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of trusted outside services (called subprocessors) to do the work. Each one only gets the piece it needs, each has its own privacy terms, and none of them may use your information for their own unrelated purposes. The current list:

DataForSEO and Apify read what is already public on the web about the website address you submit, the same things a homeowner could see. We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. If we ever sell or transfer the business, your information may move with it, and this page will be updated.

We do not sell your information. We do not trade it for money, and we do not let our subprocessors use it for their own unrelated purposes.

What we share for advertising

We share personal information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, which is a term California law uses for matching and measuring ads across other sites and apps. We do this two ways at once: through the Meta Pixel in your browser and through a server-to-server Meta Conversions API call. No money changes hands, but under the California Consumer Privacy Act this still counts as "sharing," and so we name it plainly here.

The categories of personal information we share for advertising are:

• Identifiers: your email, name, and phone, and online identifiers such as cookie and click ids (Meta's _fbp browser id and _fbc click id).
• Internet or network activity: your IP address and the device and browser you use (your user-agent).
• Commercial and transaction information: the conversion (what you did) and the deposit amount.

We hash the customer identifiers (email, name, phone, and billing ZIP and country) before we share them, which scrambles them into a fixed code. Hashing protects the values, but it does not stop this from counting as "sharing" under California law, so we disclose it anyway. The technical identifiers (IP, user-agent, and the _fbp and _fbc browser ids) are shared as they are.

The third parties we share with are our advertising partners: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and Google (Google Ads) when that tag is enabled.

Where this information comes from. Some of it you give us directly (your email, name, and phone). Some of it comes from your visit (your IP, your browser, and the _fbp and _fbc ids). And some of the identity we share at checkout comes from your payment processor, Stripe (your billing name, ZIP, and country), which we forward hashed.

If you opt out, we share nothing. When you turn off advertising cookies on our cookie policy, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we do not send any of this to Meta or Google, through the pixel or the Conversions API. Cookies and tracking

Like most websites, this one uses cookies and similar tags to keep the site working, to measure traffic through Google Analytics (and through Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless page-performance measure, when that tool is enabled), and to measure advertising through the Meta Pixel, Google Ads, and the Meta Conversions API. We explain each kind, name every tool, and show how to turn them off on our cookie policy.

In short: you can turn off or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site still works, but some measurement will not happen. We honor a recognized "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out of both measurement and advertising. The "turn off advertising cookies" control on our cookie policy is our "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" opt-out: it stops the advertising share (the Meta Pixel, the Meta Conversions API, and Google Ads). To opt out of measurement (Google Analytics, and Cloudflare Web Analytics when enabled) as well, use GPC or Do Not Track; for Google Analytics, Google also offers an analytics opt-out add-on. When you opt out of advertising, we do not share anything for advertising, through the pixel or the Conversions API. If you would rather we did not measure your visit at all, email us at [email protected] and we will tell you how to opt out.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to do the work above and to keep honest records. As a guide:

• The website address and report data are kept while we build and serve your demo, and for a reasonable window after, so we can pick up where you left off.
• Your contact details are kept while you are a prospect or a client, and for a reasonable window after, so we can reach you and keep our records straight.
• Payment records (receipts, confirmations) are kept as long as the law requires us to keep them, which is usually several years.
• Visit and measurement data is kept on the retention schedules of the tools that hold it (for example, Google Analytics), typically a number of months.

When we no longer need it, we remove it. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, unless we are required to keep a record (like a payment receipt).

Your rights, and how to use them

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Show you what information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete what we hold (subject to records we must keep, like a payment receipt).
• Stop emailing you, or opt out of measurement and advertising.

To do any of that, email [email protected] from the address you gave us, say what you want, and a person will take care of it. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. We may need to confirm who you are before we act, so we do not hand your information to the wrong person. You may also use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

California privacy rights

This section is for California residents and reflects the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, as amended) and CalOPPA. It adds to, and does not replace, the rest of this page.

Notice at collection. We collect the categories of information described in What we collect (identifiers like your name, email, phone, the website you enter, and online identifiers such as cookie and click ids; commercial and transaction information and payment information processed by Stripe; and internet or network activity like visit data, your IP address, and your device and browser). We collect it for the purposes in Why we collect it, keep it for the periods in How long we keep it, and do not collect sensitive personal information.

Sources of the information. We get this information from two kinds of sources: from you directly (what you type and what your visit sends), and from our payment processor, Stripe (your billing name, ZIP, and country at checkout).

As a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and to get a copy of it.
• Delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.
• Not be discriminated against for using any of these rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold it in the past twelve months. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under sixteen.

About "sharing" for ads. We share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA, through the Meta Pixel and the server-side Meta Conversions API (and Google Ads when enabled), even though no money changes hands. The categories we share, the third parties who receive them, and the fact that we hash the customer identifiers first are set out in What we share for advertising above. You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information control to turn off advertising cookies, use a browser that sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor as an opt-out (we also honor a Do Not Track signal), or email [email protected] and ask us to opt you out. We do not sell personal information, and this opt-out also covers the "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. When you opt out, we share nothing for advertising.

To make any California request, email [email protected]. We will confirm who you are before we act and respond within the time the law allows.

Children

This site is for roofing business owners. It is not directed to children, and it is not meant for anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect information from people under eighteen. If you believe a minor has given us information, email [email protected] and we will remove it.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. For a material change, we will make a reasonable effort to let you know.
