After the demo · making it real
You saw the demo. Here's how the real one gets built.
The demo is the taste. This is the page that says, plainly, what it looks like to start the real thing: what you put down, what comes off the build, who does the work, and how fast it honestly moves. No call to sit through, no contract.
How you start · the deposits
A $500 deposit to start. Both deposits come off the build.
The build runs about $1,500, one time. You start it with a $500 build deposit, and the $100 you already put down for the demo is credited too. Neither one is spent twice. Both come straight off the one number.
The $500 holds your spot and goes straight onto the build, same as the $100 did. You start it from the link on your finished demo. There is no contract, and nothing is locked until you say so.
After you start · the run order
A real person builds it. Here's what we'd need from you.
Once the deposit is in, we reach out and line up the details. Your part is small, and most of what we need we already have from the demo. The site itself is built by hand by a person, not spun out of a machine.
- 1
We reach out and line up the kickoff
A real person emails you to confirm what you want on the site and answer anything you are wondering. Watch your inbox for a note from [email protected], and reply right to it to reach a person.
- 2
You hand us the few things only you have
Your domain, a handful of real job photos, your hours, your service area, and a few short answers about your work: what kind of jobs you want more of, what is most frustrating about getting work now, and how customers find you today. That is most of it. Everything else we already pulled for the demo.
- 3
A person builds your real site by hand
Not the template snapshot from the demo. Your real site, built around your actual photos and your voice, on your own account, in your name. The demo showed the clean pieces a machine builds well. The finished site is hand-built, because slop with your name on it would push a homeowner away, not win one.
- 4
You see it before it goes live
Nothing goes public under your name that you did not sign off on. You look it over, we fix what you want fixed, and then we stand it up and move you onto the fast site you own.
The honest version of how fast this moves
We are not going to promise you a date, because a date you cannot trust is worse than no date. Here is the real version: a hand-built site takes real back-and-forth, and the parts that depend on you, the photos, the answers, your look at it, move at the speed you move. The writing and the reviews and the found-first part build up over weeks, not overnight, the same way word-of-mouth did. The faster you get us your photos and your answers, the faster the first version is in front of you.
For storm and insurance shops too
Storm and insurance work? Yes, this is for you.
A big share of roofing is storm and insurance-restoration, and the build and the report work for that shop just as well as for the homeowner-pays shop. We do not make insurance-claim promises, that is between you and the carrier, but here is how it fits your reality.
I do mostly storm and insurance restoration. Does any of this fit?
It fits squarely. When you tell us at the start that storm and insurance is most of your work, the whole build leans that way: the writing speaks to a homeowner who just took hail or wind, the AI answers the after-storm questions the way you would, and the report reads your area's storm reality, not a generic one. We never promise anything about a claim, we build the front door so the after-storm homeowner finds you and reaches you first.
Will it talk to homeowners about their insurance claim?
Your AI answers homeowners on your content, the way you would, and points the storm-damage homeowner toward a roof check with you. It does not stand in for an adjuster and it does not make claim promises in your name, because that is yours to handle and ours to never overstep. You read what it says and approve it before it goes live.
The running part · about $250 a month
What the monthly actually keeps running.
The build is the one-time number. The monthly is what keeps a built site from turning back into a brochure in a drawer. Every line is a real, named thing, and the hosting and keeping your name current are in there too, not a hidden extra.
The AI kept current
The chat that answers homeowners stays trained on your real work as it changes, so a new service or a new town shows up in its answers without you touching it.
Fresh writing that gets you found
Steady, plain writing about the roofs you want more of, so a homeowner searching after a storm lands on you and not the booked-out shop down the street.
Reviews with the right words
We nudge the right happy customers to name the actual job, repairs, leaks, storm, so the reviews coming in get you found for the work you want more of.
Your profile, kept clean
Filled in completely, right service categories and area, kept current, so a homeowner who searches after a storm sees the real deal.
Your name kept up, and the hosting
Your name and the site itself stay handled: the hosting it runs on, the small fixes, the things that quietly break on an old site if nobody is watching. We watch it so you do not have to.
Want to change a thing yourself
You can have a way to edit it yourself.
Most roofers would rather we keep it current for them, and that is what the monthly is for. But if you want to swap a photo or change a line of copy yourself, the build can include a simple way to edit it, set up for you as part of the engagement.
Can I change my own photos and copy without calling you?
Yes. As part of the build we can set you up with a simple editor for the things you would actually want to change yourself, a photo, a line of copy, so you are never stuck waiting on us for a small fix. It is part of the build, set up for you, not a tool you have to wrangle alone. And the running part means you do not have to touch it if you would rather we kept it current for you.
Straight answers
The ones you're really asking.
Can't I just build this myself?
You can, and some of it is yours to use however you want. The $100 report is yours to keep and act on however you like, hire us or not. But the build itself is done-for-you, built by a person, not a download you assemble. The reason is plain: a roofing site that actually wins a homeowner takes real work, the photos honed, the words right, the after-hours answer handled. You are good at roofs. This is the part we are good at, and we do it so you do not lose your nights to it.
What about Google or Facebook ads?
We can run paid Google or Facebook ads for you, but as an add-on on top of the build, not the core of it. The core is your own front door, found first and answering homeowners, so you are not renting your phone from an ad bill forever. If you want ads pushing on top of that, we offer it, and we are straight about what it costs and what it does.
I've done fine on word-of-mouth for 30 years. Why do I even need this?
Because word-of-mouth still happens on a phone now. The neighbor who would have asked you at the fence asks Google first, and whoever they find first and reach first gets the call. This does not replace your reputation, it puts it where homeowners actually look when the shingle blows off at 9pm. The booked-out shop down the street is not a better roofer. They just got found first and answered first.
It's more than I wanted to spend. Is there a cheaper way?
The honest answer is founder pricing. The first roofers in get a lower number on the month, locked in, in exchange for letting us write up the build as one of our first results. The exact founder number depends on your situation and we say it plainly after the demo, no pressure. Same brand, same site, same AI, at a first-client price. Beyond that we are not going to fake a discount or pad a number we would then have to cut.
Is the live AI chat actually something I'd get on my built site?
Yes. The chat that answers homeowners is a real deliverable on your built site, trained on your own content, answering the way you would, text and chat, never a robot voice on the phone. The monthly keeps it current as your work changes, and you read what it says and approve it before it goes live. It is the same kind of assistant you are talking to right now, built on your business instead of ours.
What does the report actually look at?
Plain things you would want to know: how much homeowners in your town are actually looking for a roofer, who they find first, how your Google profile reads next to the shop ahead of you, how fast your site loads on a phone in a truck cab, and the storm and area picture around you. It is written in plain English, the spots where homeowners slip past you and what we would fix first. You keep it whether you hire us or not.
